Taking up residence within a converted 1950s bank building in the heart of St Kilda, St Hotel is a new, multi-tiered hospitality precinct housing a public bar, authentic Thai restaurant and two nightspots. The establishment’s main drawcard will undoubtedly be the restaurant where Executive Chef Sean Judd will showcase his exceptional talents acquired from his tenure at London’s infamous Thai hotspot, Nahm. The menu promises such delicacies as Chiang Mai hot dogs, curried barramundi, crispy caramel pork hock, coconut braised lamb shoulder, Gai Yang and stir-fried mud crab. Conveniently, this one-stop entertainment hub also houses The Supper Club where the intimate setting is imitative of a laid-back European-style lounge bar, while The Social Club provides late night revellers a destination that’s alive ‘til the early hours.
