It’s a Sunday brunch institution, with a buffet that offers a delicious spread of Island, European and Asian food, from butter poached king crab legs, to banana French toast, to Ahi Poke Musubi. Make sure you save room for dessert – there’s a selection of European and Japanese cakes, and a chocolate fountain. It’s best to book, and I suggest you bring a huge appetite.
