Sushi Saito is the ultimate – 3 Michelin stars, the dude is a rad man and you can lunch for prices that start at 5000 yen ($65 NZ). Book in advance (more than a month out) and it’s worth it – best sushi you’ll get at a reasonable price. It also got listed in the Top 50 Restaurants in Asia earlier this year.
