Kick your holiday off with lunch at The Ivy, sure it’s been here forever, but nothing seems to have changed in this pretty rose festooned restaurant. Here, attention seeking celebrities such as Simon Cowell still turn up for lunch and demand seats on the street’s edge, conveniently affording the throngs of paparazzi a clear line of sight of stars while they nibble on their cob salads. It’s entertaining to watch.
