Located a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, Uncle Bo’s is the perfect place to go large or small. It’s a quirky wine bar and the pupus (small dishes) are delicious. Sample some wines, enjoy a cocktail or two, and get your fill of my favourite dish – the seared ahi! And don’t be disheartened by its ragged exterior – it’s a whole ‘nother world inside.
