Bondi Farmers’ Market.

By Richard Kavanagh

A plethora of locally grown and organic foods, baked treats and delicious ice-blocks await you at this gem of a farmers’ market.

Every Saturday morning I drag my sorry ass down to the Bondi farmers’ market at Bondi beach school to buy locally grown organic vegetables and fruit, honey, baked goods and delicious ice-blocks. For 6 bucks you can get a bacon and egg roll that is stuffed with about a kilo of barbecued bacon, enough to satiate the biggest Saturday morning man hunger. Wash that down with fresh coffee and a sweet little locally baked macaron and the weekend is off to a great start.
