Inspired by owner Jennifer Lam’s trip to Okinawa, a small Japanese island famous for its sea salt, Aqua S is a new, ethereal ice cream parlour serving sea salt flavoured soft serve, along with two other original flavours that’ll be regularly rotated. The real magic of these icy treats available in the city’s CBD are the toppings – choose from popping candy, flame-toasted marshmallow, caramel popcorn and fairy floss for an ice cream that looks as good as it tastes.
