There is a certain level of responsibility that comes with establishing a restaurant located in Singapore’s newly renovated National Art Gallery. Meeting these expectations is the ultra chic Odette, named after revered Chef/Owner Julien Royer’s grandmother, his greatest influence in life and in the kitchen. The two Michelin star restaurant offers up modern French cuisine and with seating limited to only 32 diners at one time, it is essential you book. With some willing to wait up to two weeks for the chance to try Royer’s set menu’s (choose from either four, six or eight courses) we say get in quick and secure your spot at this modern institution well ahead of time.
