Sitting somewhere between a café and restaurant, this is the perfect spot for lunch on weekdays.  As well as serving as a relaxing respite, it has lovely tea and the best sugar snap peas you can find. The Smile is one of those eateries that you just have to visit and is quickly becoming a frequent haunt when in NYC.
