LOS ANGELES.

Paiche.

By Josie Brown

Touted as a Peruvian ‘Izakaya’, Paiche is the perfect spot for informal dining with plenty of tasty bites to nibble on.

A Peruvian Japanese fusion eatery known for its cocktails and ceviche, Paiche is both adventurous and pleasing. If you head here at night, be sure to have the Uni Shrimp Toast – like a buttery piece of heaven – and the short ribs from the Anticucho Grill menu. It’s one of those rare places that will let you pull up a pew at the bar to watch the game while being served top cuisine, without the dodgy vibe of a sports bar.
