With a focus on clean flavours and local ingredients, Dabbous is definitely worth the six month long table wait!

The food at Dabbous is a cut above the rest and deserving of the acclaim it has received since opening last year. There is a six month wait for a table but if you don’t plan that far in advance pop downstairs to Oskar’s Bar for an exceptional cocktail and deep-fried chicken wings in what feels like an industrial concrete bunker. The degustation ticks all boxes – squid ink orzo served in an empty eggshell and roast halibut with mustard & molasses are a couple of memorable dishes amongst the 7 courses. With only one sitting at lunch and dinner this is the perfect restaurant for a long indulgent feast any day of the week.
