Bringing Turkey’s flavourful, vibrant and adored cuisine to London’s West End, noteworthy eatery Babaji boasts a contemporary interior courtesy of Istanbul-based design studio Autoban. This addition to Soho’s dining scene is the brainchild of restaurateur Alan Yau who’s credited for some of London’s most influential eateries, which include Wagamama, Busaba Eathai and Michelin star Hakkasan. With an impressive wood fire oven at the heart of the kitchen, the ethos here is about taking utmost pride in their pides. And the stellar variations of the tasty, generously topped Turkish flatbread are just a fraction of the comprehensive menu of authentic dishes.
